  • 4leavesLettuce

  • 4tbspMayonnaise
  • 2tbspKetchup
  • 1tbspMustard

Instructions

Step 1 of 9

Form beef into 4 patties, season generously with salt and pepper

Step 2 of 9

Mix mayo, ketchup, and mustard for special sauce

Step 3 of 9

Heat grill or cast iron pan to high heat

Step 4 of 9

Cook burgers 3-4 minutes per side for medium

Add cheese in last minute, cover to melt

Toast buns on grill

Spread sauce on both bun halves
