Instructions

Step 1 of 9

Remove membrane from back of ribs

Step 2 of 9

Mix dry rub: brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, pepper

Step 3 of 9

Coat ribs generously with rub, refrigerate 2 hours

Step 4 of 9

Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C)

Step 5 of 9

Wrap ribs tightly in foil, place on baking sheet

Step 6 of 9

Bake for 3 hours until tender

Step 7 of 9

Remove foil, brush with BBQ sauce

Step 8 of 9

Broil or grill 5 minutes to caramelize sauce

Step 9 of 9

Brush with more sauce, let rest 10 minutes, slice and serve
