Instructions

Poach chicken, shred when cool

Step 2 of 9

Mix shredded chicken with half the cheese and some sauce

Step 3 of 9

Warm tortillas to make pliable

Step 4 of 9

Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture, roll tightly

Place seam-side down in baking dish

Step 6 of 9

Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas

Top with remaining cheese

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes
