Instructions

Step 1 of 7

Pound chicken breasts to even thickness

Step 2 of 7

Set up breading station: flour, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan

Step 3 of 7

Coat each chicken piece in flour, egg, then breadcrumb mixture

Step 4 of 7

Fry in olive oil until golden brown on both sides

Step 5 of 7

Place in baking dish, top with marinara and mozzarella

Step 6 of 7

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until cheese melts
