Traditional Japanese soup with dashi, miso, tofu, and seaweed.

- 800mlDashi stockMissing
- 4tbspMiso pasteMissing
- 200gSilken tofuMissing
- 10gWakame seaweedMissing
- 2stalksGreen onionsMissing
Instructions
Step 1 of 8
Rehydrate wakame in cold water for 5 minutes
Step 2 of 8
Cube tofu into small pieces
Step 3 of 8
Heat dashi stock to just below boiling
Step 4 of 8
Dissolve miso paste in small amount of hot dashi
Step 5 of 8
Add miso mixture back to pot (do not boil after adding miso)
Step 6 of 8
Add tofu and drained wakame
Step 7 of 8
Heat through gently for 2 minutes
Step 8 of 8
Serve immediately garnished with sliced green onions
