Instructions

Step 1 of 6

Boil pork shoulder with onion and garlic for 2 hours until tender

Step 2 of 6

Toast and rehydrate chiles, blend into paste

Step 3 of 6

Shred pork, return to broth

Step 4 of 6

Add hominy and chile paste

Step 5 of 6

Simmer 30 minutes, season with oregano and salt

Step 6 of 6

Serve in bowls with fresh cabbage, radishes, lime, and oregano
