Instructions
Step 1 of 8
Heat stock and steep saffron in it
Step 2 of 8
Sauté finely chopped onion in half the butter
Step 3 of 8
Add rice, toast for 2 minutes
Step 4 of 8
Add wine, stir until absorbed
Step 5 of 8
Add stock one ladle at a time, stirring constantly
Step 6 of 8
Cook for 18-20 minutes until rice is creamy but al dente
Step 7 of 8
Remove from heat, stir in remaining butter and parmesan
Step 8 of 8
Let rest 2 minutes, serve immediately
